Reservations & Payments
A deposit of $100 per person is payable within 7 days of confirmation.
Bookings held may be cancelled if this is not received by the due date.
Balance is due 30 days prior to departure (early payment conditions apply to some packages).
Full payment is due immediately for bookings made within 4 weeks of travel.
Bookings made or paid within 7 days of travel will incur a Late Fee of $30.
 
Cancellation
Once your booking has been confirmed, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged.
This may increase to 100% of monies paid depending on the conditions of airlines, accommodation, hire, and holiday companies.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
After departure, refund is subject to any further Cancellation Fee charged by the service operators.
Cancellation Fees in some cases may be 100%.
 
Liabilities
(i) The Trade Practices Act implies a warranty that the services rendered by New Zealand Travel Centre will be rendered with due care and skill and nothing contained in these conditions is to be construed as in any way excluding, restricting or limiting that warranty or any other rights implied by law which may not be excluded, restricted or modified. 
(ii) New Zealand Travel Centre and its associated companies and their employees are not liable for - (a) any event beyond their control, including (but not limited to) war, disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, act of God, act of the Government or other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving New Zealand Travel Centre employees); nor (b) any act or omission whatsoever (whether within or outside their control) in relation to any booking, contract, travel, accommodation, excursion or other holiday services (including the carriage of luggage) which results in any direct or consequential loss, damage, death, injury, delay, liability, additional expenses or inconvenience.
(iii) While all due care will be taken, New Zealand Travel Centre, its employees, couriers, will not be responsible for luggage, purchases or personal items. It is the client's responsibility to see that all luggage and items are stored in the designated place for that part of the holiday.
(iv) Participating airlines do not by virtue of their endorsement of the information on this website represent themselves either as contractors with the purchaser of the holiday from New Zealand Travel Centre or as having any other legal relationship with any such purchaser.
Amendments
A charge of $30 per amendment per booking will be made every time there is an alteration once the booking has been confirmed. This fee will be adhered to.
 
Inclusions
Travel includes items listed only.
Items not listed, such as meals, insurance, departure taxes, passports, and other items are not included.
Additional charges on vehicle hire, such as CDW may not be included.
Goods and services Tax (12.5%) is included in all costs shown.
 
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated.
 
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended with all New Zealand Travel Centre holidays
This should be fully paid at the time of the tour deposit.
 
Validity
All prices are valid from 1 April 2000 to 31 October 2000 unless otherwise specified  and may change without notice.

We at New Zealand Travel centre pride ourselves on the quality of service and knowledge of subject matter offered to our client.
Should any problems arise, please dicuss them with us during and on return from your holiday. You have this right as stated under the TRADE PRACTICES ACT.
New Zealand Travel Centre has the right to:
(a) alter a tour price where it deems necessary;
(b) alter a tour itinerary or cancel a tour;
(c) refuse to accept persons on any tour, either before or during the tour.
